Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team performance, and customer service. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will lead marketing efforts, ensure adherence to quality standards, and foster growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work use; at least 18 years of age; background check required; physical ability to meet demands of the position including standing up to 90% of the time and transporting up to 25 pounds
