Position: General Manager
About: This position is responsible for creating, directing, and maintaining a high value, on premise, guest experience, through the leadership and management of the Front of House (FOH) & Back of House (BOH) Teams. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, staff management, budgeting, inventory, marketing, and ensuring high standards of service and safety in a restaurant environment.
Requirements: Three years of team management and customer service experience; Exceptional customer service skills and abilities; High level interpersonal and mediation skills; Knowledge of NBB brands, beer industry, marketing/branding practices; Working knowledge of financial statements; Advanced verbal & written communication skills; Thorough understanding of legal requirements for serving alcohol; Knowledgeable in brewing processes and NBB beers.
