Position: General Manager
About: Hotel Hermosa is seeking an experienced General Manager who is passionate about creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a boutique property and possess strong leadership and operational skills. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on guest and team satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 5-7 years’ experience as a General Manager within hotel operations demonstrating progressive career path responsibilities; boutique experience preferred
