Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred); Minimum 7-10 years experience in luxury hotel management, 3 years in a senior leadership role; Proven track record in luxury hotel operations and guest satisfaction; Strong financial management skills; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; Passion for luxury hospitality
