Position: General Manager
About: Sonesta Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead and manage properties within a designated region, ensuring guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, and sales generation. The role involves working closely with leadership teams, overseeing HR matters, and creating long-term strategies for business positioning and capital investments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hotel administration or related field preferred; 3 years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Director of Sales in full-service hotels; fluent in English, other languages preferred; strong experience with Microsoft Excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills; ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
