About: Supervisor role reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, responsible for achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development while maintaining the hotel’s integrity and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong leadership and management skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work as necessary to complete job responsibilities; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of safety and security procedures and compliance with regulations
