Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a leading title lending company with over 900 locations across 14 states, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee store operations and team performance. The General Manager will lead by example, drive revenue growth, enforce quality standards, and foster a culture of innovation and development within the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work use; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
