About: Beyond Juicery & Eatery is a vibrant establishment in Detroit seeking an experienced and dependable General Manager with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service and quality products. The General Manager will oversee all store operations, manage profit and loss, maintain brand excellence, and ensure a positive working environment for the team.
Requirements: 1 year of restaurant management (preferred); 2 years of food service (preferred); positive and enthusiastic attitude; exceptional leadership skills; professional communication skills; passion to lead by example; extensive knowledge of the brand, products, and services; ability to balance supply and demand and manage financial aspects of the business
