Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, communicate effectively with all levels, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and handle problems efficiently. High standards of personal appearance, grooming, and attendance are required, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle complex information.
