Requirements: A.A. or B.A./B.S. in a related field; previous restaurant management experience; experience as a Chipotle Apprentice; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; exceptional customer service skills; knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and health department matters; ability to develop positive working relationships with all personnel; ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location; ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite; clear communication skills with guests and employees
