Requirements: Responsible for leading and organizing business operations across a strategic market, to potentially include multiple branch locations in a geographic location/zone which services customers; mentor, cultivate, and empower direct reports to excel in their job functions; hire, develop, and train employees that uphold Brink’s core values; work with HR partners and direct reports for succession planning and development; ability to drive results, promote positive change, and encourage teamwork; collaborate with other departments to ensure customer experience expectation is met; manage profit and loss statement for the market; focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency; identify new opportunities for Brink’s products; reduce risk exposure and maintain high quality standards in operations; provide leadership to operations teams and collaborate with market management and headquarters staff.
