The General Manager position plays a crucial role in leading the sports bar Management Team and ensuring top-notch service for sports fans. This position also involves overseeing community connections and fundraising activities, contributing to the overall success of the establishment.
Requirements: High school graduate or similar; bachelor’s degree preferred; 4-5 years of management experience; previous Restaurant General Manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations; ability to manage and direct work, champion change, and analyze Profit and Loss statements; passion for training and team development
