Position: General Manager
About: Founded in 2002, Swim Club Management Group is the premier swimming pool management company in the Carolinas, Southern VA, and Tennessee, providing services to high-end clients and country clubs. They are currently seeking a General Manager in Richmond, VA. With plans for continued expansion in the coming years, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role with five years of experience preferred; Background in the aquatics or similar industry preferred; Experience in planning and budgeting; Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.); Strong analytical ability; Excellent communication skills; Outstanding organizational and leadership skills; Problem-solving aptitude; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
