Position: General Manager
About: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The General Manager is the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including managing general property performance, sales and marketing strategy, profitability, revenue generation, and culture reinforcement. This role involves building relationships with key customers, involvement in the sales process, and developing strong associate teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role; Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies; Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
