Position: General Manager
About: As a General Manager at Arby’s, you will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives to reach sales and profit goals. You will be responsible for ensuring your restaurant delivers top results by emphasizing great hiring, training, and retention practices. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience as a general manager in a restaurant or retail setting, possess strong customer service skills, and uphold Company Core Values. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management with a Serve Safe Certification as a plus; strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling; willingness to handle interviewing, hiring, and terminations; ability to run the store with a focus on profitability
