Position: General Manager 3 – Food
About: Sodexo, a renowned food service management company, is seeking an experienced Campus Dining General Manager 3 for a new Campus Dining account at Union Adventist University in Lincoln, NE. This role involves overseeing Resident Dining, Retail, and Catering operations on campus, and leading a team of 20 front and back of the house employees. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 3 years of basic management experience, 3 years of basic functional experience; Previous success as a chef manager or operations manager overseeing high-volume dining operations, university experience or contract management background in healthcare or business dining preferred; Strategic leadership for current university dining trends; Solid financial acumen including budgets and forecasting; Proven ability to develop and mentor teams for career development; Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client/stakeholder partnerships through innovation and problem-solving
