Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred; Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the food manufacturing industry; Proven experience in sales, operations, and team management; Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans; Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
