About: International House of Pancakes (IHOP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Proven track record of achieving business results, driving sales growth, and managing profitability; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
