About: Kaminsky’s Dessert Cafe is a beloved local dessert destination in downtown Charleston with a rich history of serving delicious treats and creating memorable experiences for the community. As one of the longest-standing concepts of the Homegrown Hospitality restaurant group, established for over 30 years, dessert lovers seek out our café for a unique guest-focused experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment; knowledge of P & L analysis, inventory management, and cost control practices
