Position: General Manager
About: Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost management, employee retention, customer service, and more in the Food Service Department.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in food and nutrition, 5-8 years in the Food Service industry, 2-3 years as a Food Service Director in the K-12 market, P&L accountability, leadership skills, ServSafe® certification, background check, valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
