About: MMI Hotel Group at Julep Farms, located in the scenic foothills of Dillard Georgia, is seeking a General Manager for the Julep Kitchen restaurant within the modern farm resort. The resort features 8 cozy cottages and versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces.
Requirements: Strong food and beverage experience; hotel experience preferred; kind, loyal, and effective communicator; adept at training and organization; skilled in designing and preparing high-end cuisine; experience in managing restaurant operations; leadership and communication skills; ability to work under pressure; knowledge of industry trends and best practices; passion for exceptional customer service
