Position: General Manager

About: Financial and operational accountability for entire restaurant operation. Responsibilities include overseeing hourly payroll, risk management, marketing, and financial management of the restaurant, upholding service and product standards, developing and training management staff, facilitating local store marketing, and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. The core competency requirements involve guest service, communication, teamwork, planning and organization, professionalism, quality of work, delegation, safety and security, managing people, financial acumen, diversity and ethics, leadership, and problem-solving. Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED or 2+ years of related experience, along with the ability to read and interpret financial and written information, speak and understand English, and perform basic mathematical calculations. The role entails solving practical problems and adapting to various instructions and data. The physical demands include standing, using hands, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds. The work environment exposes the employee to machinery with moving parts, sharp objects, open flames, wet/humid/cold/hot conditions, and moderate noise levels, with varied shifts including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
