Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of advancement and currently holding the position of General Manager or similar; Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills are vital to effectively negotiating, influencing, persuading, and selling; Strong understanding of financial statements and proactive response with impactful strategies; A dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and can perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed; Strong understanding of software programs associated with hotel property management systems; Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments
