Position: General Manager

About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, assisting customers with title loans/pawns and personal loans in select states. With over 900 locations across 14 states, TitleMax has been providing financial solutions since 1998.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; Operations experience in a leadership capacity; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including moving up to 25 pounds and remaining in a stationary position; Associate degree or higher preferred; Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry preferred; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
