Position: Galley Manager

About: E&E Foods is seeking a Seasonal Galley Manager at their Coffee Point plant in Egegik, AK. This role entails managing multiple kitchen operations, including meal service for 25-50 people and 180-230 people daily. The ideal candidate should be experienced in kitchen management, teamwork, and handling deadline-driven environments.

Requirements: 3 years’ recent kitchen manager/head cook experience with camp/dorm style serving preferred; experience with food distributor and menu development; self-directed, well-organized, and able to work in diverse environments; excellent verbal communication skills; ability to work in a remote location and challenging conditions; Food Protection Manager certification; minimum age of 18; eligibility to work in the USA; capable of working long hours in a fast-paced environment; able to work with minimal supervision and take directions and feedback effectively
