The Member Service Professional (MSP) role is based at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Philadelphia International Airport, where MSPs act as brand ambassadors delivering top-notch service to Card Members.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer confident recommendations; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Collaboration and teamwork skills; Quick decision-making ability; Resourcefulness and proficiency in using technology; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; Light to moderate lifting may be required
