Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for proactive customer service; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Light to moderate lifting may be required
