Position: Full-Time, Tenure-Track Teaching Position Culinary Arts
About: Compton College, located in Compton, California, is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time 10-month tenure-track teaching position in Culinary Arts. The Culinary Arts Instructor will provide curriculum recommendations, develop training partnerships, and support students in the program under the supervision of the Dean of Business and Industrial Studies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of experience in culinary arts/food technology OR Associate’s degree and six years of experience in culinary arts/food technology; Possession of current ServSafe Managers Certification or equivalent; Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of college students
