Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: ALDI, a leading retail company, is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of running a store effectively in preparation for managing their own store. The role involves supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment; a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge; prior management experience preferred
