Position: Full-Time Sephora Beauty Lead Advisor
About: Kohl’s is hiring a full-time Beauty Lead Advisor to join the Sephora at Kohl’s team at their new small format location in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Beauty Lead Advisor will guide the beauty team to drive sales and department initiatives through an authentic passion for beauty, engage clients by identifying their needs, suggesting products, and building strong client loyalty.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in beauty sales preferred; strong passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills; ability to drive sales and department initiatives; strong interpersonal and communication skills
