Position: Full Time – Sales Specialist – ProServices – Day
About: Lowe’s, a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company with over 1,700 stores in the United States, is seeking a Pro Sales Specialist to assist Pro customers in finding the right products and services to elevate their projects. This role involves active engagement with customers, both in-store and over the phone, to provide expert assistance and build lasting relationships.
Requirements: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs; 1-2 years of customer service experience, including resolving customer issues, locating products, and building relationships; Ability to lift items up to 25lbs unassisted; Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends; Proficiency in using retail technology; Obtain sales-related licensure if required by state law
