Position: Full Time Membership Concierge
About: Life Time is a leading health and wellness company dedicated to delivering top-quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge III role involves actively promoting Life Time to potential members, contributing to club acquisition and retention goals, and leading The Concierge Team.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
