Position: Full-Time Concierge
About: St. Barnabas is seeking a Security Concierge to ensure a safe and culturally appropriate environment for all individuals entering the hospital campus. This role involves providing accurate information, courteous service, and maintaining a secure facility location at all times while upholding discretion. The Security Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere for patients, visitors, vendors, and hospital staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; demonstrated familiarity with Bronx County; strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to handle interpersonal conflicts and difficult situations effectively; pleasant disposition and attentive listening skills; understanding of positive language usage; security license; basic computer skills
