Position: FT Concierge
About: Logan Square Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Full-Time Concierge for the hours of 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Join our amazing team at Logan Square, a beautiful and updated nursing facility with a warm and friendly staff.
Requirements: Must have experience in a healthcare setting preferred; exceptionally strong customer service; excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization; excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette; experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously; ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments; ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems.
