Position: FSQA Manager (Hiring Immediately)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) Manager to join our team in the Accounting + Finance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring that our products meet all regulatory, industry, and company standards. This is a permanent position where you will be driving continuous improvement in the FSQA function, leading food safety audits, and ensuring compliance with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in a FSQA management role in the Accounting + Finance industry; Certified SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator; proven experience with GFSI, Sanitation, CAPA, and other food safety standards; demonstrated ability to lead and manage audits; strong knowledge of SQF systems and their implementation; excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
