Position: Front Office Manager
About: As a Front Office Supervisor at our hotel, you will oversee the front desk and front office staff to ensure exceptional customer service for all guests and visitors. Your role involves managing check-in/out processes, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and mentoring staff to maintain service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred); at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in front desk or guest service role; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems; ability to work flexible hours
