Position: Front Office Manager
About: Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel, located at 9620 Airport Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to lead the efficient operation of front office functions including Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk, and Retail/Gift Shop.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
