Requirements: Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service, with advanced knowledge of hotel operations; a strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance; excels at written and verbal communication; excellent presentation and grooming standards; able to operate and problem solve in a luxury hotel environment; flexibility and a willingness to work extended hours; reporting on daily operations in a timely manner
