Position: Front Office Manager
About: Responsible for all front office functions and staff at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves managing Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk, and Retail/Gift Shop operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
