Requirements: Guest service or customer service experience desired; excellent customer service/communication skills; basic math and computer skills; attention to detail; ability to handle difficult guests and emergency situations calmly; proficiency in English required, another language is a plus; able to work independently and as part of a team; strong customer service ethic; clean appearance and professional demeanor
