Position: Front of House Manager (South Salem)
About: Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway is seeking a dedicated and skilled Front of the House Manager to lead and oversee various operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient daily operations. The restaurant prides itself on providing exceptional service while maintaining a positive work environment for its team members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a kitchen management or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry; strong knowledge of back of the house operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures; proficiency in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs; excellent leadership and team-building skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficient computer skills and familiarity with restaurant management systems
