Requirements: Experienced in Front Office or Guest Experience position, or equivalent within hospitality; Excellent phone and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality; Experience using computer systems including Opera; Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
