Position: Front Desk Supervisor
About: The Front Desk Supervisor at Aimbridge Hospitality is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. The role involves maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required; High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state; Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively; Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities; Knowledge of front desk operations and emergency procedures required; Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions and financial information accurately; Must ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations at all times.
