Position: Front Desk Supervisor
About: The Front Desk Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts works alongside the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the front desk, in alignment with Company Standards. This role is responsible for coaching, training, and developing front desk staff, preparing reports, and handling special projects and assignments as required.
Requirements: Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or customer service; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to train and mentor staff effectively; Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and systems is preferred; Must be able to legally work in the USA
