Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role is essential, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are necessary, along with being an organized record keeper; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, as well as the ability to learn new applications.
