About: Atlanta Marriott NW (managed by Dimension Hospitality) is seeking a talented and experienced Guest Services Manager to oversee reservations, guest registration, and guest accounting. The role involves maintaining operational standards, maximizing profits, and ensuring high-quality services for guests.
Requirements: Education; High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Hotel Administration, Business, or related field. Experience; Minimum 1 year experience on night audit, 2 years’ experience in front desk operations, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
