Position: Front Desk Manager – Embassy Virginia Beach Oceanfront
About: The property is a full-service hotel seeking a Front Desk Manager to deliver personalized guest experiences and oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing the PM shift. The Front Desk Manager is responsible for creating the atmosphere in public areas and ensuring service standards are met.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities; Good verbal communication skills; Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory/management position required; Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office setting at a major hotel, preferably full service; Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PMS systems; Ability to work as a positive member of a leadership team, developing Associates and maintaining a supportive work environment
