Position: Front Desk Manager

Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience. Supervisory experience required. Must demonstrate exceptional Customer Service Skills. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. Ability to work long hours when required. Warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Effective communication skills verbally and in writing. Ability to multitask, prioritize departmental functions, and meet deadlines. Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings. Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Maintain confidentiality of information. Highgate Hotel policies and procedures adherence.
