Position: Front Desk Lead

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required with preference for college coursework in a related field; experience in hotel or related field, especially in a leadership role; positive and customer service-oriented personality; strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations, address issues effectively, and work well in a team; familiarity with financial data and basic arithmetic functions; ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure; demonstrated ability to handle cash and sensitive information; valid driver’s license for business purposes; trustworthy, responsible, with sound judgment and good character
