About: The Front Desk Lead at Rosen Hotels & Resorts assists the Front Desk Supervisor with daily front desk operations. They act as a supervisor to all front desk agents, assist with handling complaints, and oversee employee and guest interactions based on Company Standards. The Front Desk Lead provides excellent customer service and demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and technology.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in hotel front desk operations; Strong customer service skills; Ability to handle complaints effectively; Proficiency in computer skills and technology usage; Good communication skills; Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
